Experience the Expertise of a Former Nurse and Qualified Massage Therapist
With a background as a nurse for over 20 years, much of that as a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse, I have always been passionate about helping others achieve the best health they can. In 2016 I decided to leave nursing, expand my knowledge and retrain as a Massage Therapist and also a Pilates Instructor. I am fully qualified and adhere to the highest standards set by CIMSPA. My unique combination of experience and expertise allows me to provide a holistic approach to wellbeing, focusing not only on physical fitness but also on the mind-body connection.
